Our staff are bound to professional secrecy by law and by contract, including after the assignment ends.<\/p>\n Private care is billed by the hour, at a rate that depends on the qualification required and on the time of day. We confirm it in writing before we begin, together with the number of hours foreseen, and it does not change during the assignment without your agreement.<\/p>\n Some Swiss supplementary policies and some international insurance plans reimburse these services in full or in part.
